Kreber, a leading Retail Marketing and B2B Agency based in Columbus, OH, is seeking Client Development Representatives (CDRs) to join the Business Development team. In this fast-paced, strategic marketing role, CDRs will be required to quickly understand agency services, then be able to transition this knowledge into action through outbound sales efforts including email, social messaging, networking, and yes, by phone to open new doors to target accounts and work with the broader agency team to build new client revenue pipeline and ultimately close new business.
The ideal candidate has an interest or passion in marketing, along with a desire to win. Kreber’s business development process is methodical and nuanced. The right candidate will have the motivation to make consistent and persistent outbound sales efforts and be able to set new business appointments using a variety of channels, methodologies and sales scripts.
If successful in this role, the Client Development Representative will earn a monthly bonus based upon achieving target appointment goals.
A successful CDR has the opportunity to earn a position on the Client Solutions or Account teams.
